The Chiefs have signed 27-year old free agent Oliver Celestin.  Celestin played in 2 games for the Cardinals this season and he made 3 tackles.  He has now played in 50 games (4 starts) in his NFL career and he has made 59 tackles and defensed 3 passes.  Celestin should be able to help out on special teams and provide depth in the secondary for the Chiefs the rest of the season.
