The Chiefs started to get cute here and reach into a small school for an athlete.  Carr is 6′0″, 207 which is pretty big for a corner.  He was a playmaker in college as he had 11 interceptions and he broke up 37 passes the last three years at Grand Valley State.  Carr will likely have to make his money on special teams but he could do more than that if he can handle the jump in competition.  This pick was a huge reach for the Chiefs as not many experts projected Carr to be drafted at all.
