4. (105) William Franklin, WR
Despite being 6’0″, 203 pounds William Franklin is soft. But, he runs a 4.44 40 and can get down the football field very quickly. His speed is the only real asset Franklin brings to an offense as he doesn’t like going over the middle or helping out the running game with his blocking. Franklin played in 48 games (36 starts) at Missouri and he caught 143 passes for 2,125 yards (14.9 avg) with 14 TD grabs. If Franklin gets some courage he can be a good weapon for the Chiefs but we’ll see what happens with him. He does have a nice upside.
