The Chiefs have signed linebacker Demorrio Williams to a 5-year, $16 million dollar contract.  Williams played in 16 games last season for the Falcons and he made 78 tackles, defensed 2 passes and he intercepted 2 passes.  He has now played in 64 games in his NFL career and he has made 355 tackles, defensed 8 passes, sacked the QB 6.5 times, forced 3 fumbles and intercepted 5 passes.  Williams will probably replace Napoleon Harris in the starting lineup.

I agree with you CB. The Chiefs need help on the offensive side of the ball. The offensive line and the QB positions better be addressed in the Draft in two weeks.

who would have been an impact OL player that we could have picked up in free agency besides what’s his tits from the steelers? demorrio is youth and speed. if kendrell bell is still around, we need him out of there upon this guy’s arrival. i think herm can stay, get rid of carl… it doesn’t matter what players your coach wants unless your front office can keep them there and happy… i don’t know how they kept tony g. here or got donnie edwards to come back, peterson just makes me queezy every time i see him…
