The Chiefs have needed help on the interior of their defense for a long time and Tyler should help out in there.  Tyler is a big guy at 6′2″, 323 pounds but his play is limited to in the box as he doesn’t have much speed.  But if he’s focused he will demand a lot of double teams which should help keep the linebackers clean to make plays.  In 48 games (27 starts) at North Carolina State, Tyler made 136 tackles, 19 tackles for a loss, had 5 sacks and forced 2 fumbles.  This could wind up being a pick that helps the Chiefs soon.
