Chiefs shut down Raiders and prevail 20-9

The Chiefs built up a 17-6 lead in the first half and then cruised to victory.  Trent Green had an off day completing only 14 of 28 passes for 148 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT.  Larry Johnson carried the ball 31 times for 135 yards (4.4 ypc) and a TD.  Tony Gonzalez caught 5 passes for 67 yards.  Samie Parker added 3 catches for 48 yards.

Derrick Johnson led the way for the Chiefs with 9 tackles and a fumble recovery.  Jarrad Page had 2 tackles, a sack and 2 interceptions.  The Raiders carried the ball 24 times for 112 (4.7 ypc).  The Raiders also completed 27 of 37 passes for 195 net yards passing.

The Chiefs improved to 8-7 with this win and kept their slim playoff hopes alive.
