Chiefs lose one player for the year and get another back for this week
Starting fullback Ronnie Cruz blew out his knee and will miss the season. Back-up TE Kris Wilson will be the new starting fullback. He should help the Chiefs out in the passing game immediately. WR/KR Dante Hall is expected back Sunday after missing last weeks’ game with the Steelers with a sore hip.
